Red Devil Sandwich By Jl Winther You can make a delicious open faced sandwich with cheese, a green pepper and a tomato that is a real kid pleaser. Just take a piece of your favorite bread and cover it with American cheese, add a slice of ripe tomato to the center and surround the tomato with a ring of green pepper. Put the sandwich directly on the toaster oven rack and toast it until the cheese melts. Then it's ready to enjoy. Experiment with different cheeses and colors of peppers. Add salt and pepper or favorite herbs like basil or oregano. Dieters can enjoy this healthy, crunchy cheese and vegetable sandwich without consuming the carbs from a second piece of bread. Take a bite. It's really good.
